3d Immersive Audio – Creative Experiments
This workshop will focus on creative live performing with 3D audio using interactive interfaces to control sound in space and end up with a public jam session.
The location Concord with a setup of 24 speakers will be our auditive laboratory and playground.
What will attendees of the workshop learn?
In this 2nd part of our immersivvve audio workshop attendees will learn how to remote control immersive audio systems in real-time via vvvv, using kinect or motion leap as controllers.
We will explore sound in a big jam session and close the workshop with a collaborative performance of all participants with public audience.
Who is the target audience of the workshop?
Sound designers, audio artists, composers, interface designers and AV performers.

- No knowledge about 3d audio needed, but participating in the first part of the workshop is very helpful for a detailed understanding.
