Scholarship

If you believe you can not take part in NODE due to high costs or other barriers, please address us and apply for a free ticket:

We realize the ticket prize may be prohibitive for some, which is why we have set aside a number of scholarship tickets to make NODE17 more accessible to people of all classes, genders und disabilities. If you’d like to be considered for one of these free scholarship tickets, please apply by June 26th.

Application process:

Please send an email to bastian@nodeforum.org that explains the following questions:

  • Why do you want to attend NODE17 and what especially do you look forward to learning?
  • Why are you applying for a diversity ticket? (Keep it short and please only share what you’re comfortable with)

We will get back to you about the ticket until June 14th.

NODE and Diversity

We are eager to turn NODE17 into a more diverse space where people with different backgrounds and special needs or people with limited access to educational facilities feel invited and welcome.

Special Assistance

Please contact bastian@nodeforum.org if you need special assistance. The main NODE17 venues provide for barrier free bathrooms and are accessible by wheelchair.

with the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout
the event and expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe
environment for everybody.

regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation,

or technology choices.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Participants
violating these rules may be expelled from NODE17 without a refund
at the discretion of the conference organisers.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any
other concerns, please contact the NODE17 information desk
or anyone of our team.
