313 kg food per second is thrown away in Germany. Most of it would be perfectly good for consumption, however, does not meet the consumers’ or markets’ standards. Our social enterprise Resteküche wants to tackle the issue foodwaste and raise awareness. We provide caterings with tasty, healthy and CO²-negative dishes and show the consumers everyday that sustainable consumption does not mean compromise, but pleasure.
Besides sustainable streetfood and caterings, we offer workshops and cooking classes for sustainability and conscious consumption.
